Certification	The Avtec Scout Select Qualified Sales Program is a requirement to be an authorized Scout Select partner. It is a perpetual, non-renewing certification.

Content	Successful implementations rely on Scout knowledge. This course begins the process of learning the architecture, system operation, and dispatching capabilities of the Scout system through hands-on experience in system configuration and deployment, user interface design, console operation, and system database backup and restoration.

Content	Successful implementations depend on Scout knowledge and industry expertise. This course extends the knowledge began in the Scout System Administration course. Attendees will learn the implementation phases of a Scout system deployment through extensive lab and classroom time.

Content	There are two methods to record audio with the Scout system, analog or IP.

Objectives	Demonstate how to record audio from a console PC. Demonstrate how to add the Audio Forwarding driver to an endpoint. Demonstrate how to configure a Scout system to utilize Scout IRR.
