Avtec, Inc., one of the leading manufacturers of high-tech communications consoles for the transportation, public safety, utility, government and business industries, invites media to attend a ribbon-cutting on June 26 at its new 46,000 square-foot corporate headquarters in Lexington, S.C.
This new state-of-the-art facility is twice the size of the company’s previous location in Gilbert, S.C., and comes in response to the company’s rapid growth and increasing market demand for its communications consoles. Named one of South Carolina’s 25 Fastest Growing Companies in 2012, Avtec has increased its staff by roughly 27 percent and nearly doubled its revenues from 2010-2012.
The new headquarters will accommodate expanded business operations, including hardware and software development, manufacturing and product training. Avtec expects to host approximately 20 customers each month in its new headquarters training facility.
