Gilbert, S.C. (February 20, 2012) – Dispatch console vendor Avtec, Inc. announced its Scout™ console software is the first to connect with Kenwood’s NEXEDGE® NXR-700/NXR-800 repeaters via direct Internet Protocol.

We will be providing live demonstrations of Avtec’s Scout consoles connecting with Kenwood’s NEXEDGE® trunked radios at our ConnectFest event at IWCE.” The Kenwood NEXEDGE session will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 22 from 1:30-2:15 p.m. in Room #S226 of the Las Vegas Convention Center during the annual International Wireless Communications Expo (IWCE).
